Is there a minimum amount time required to place an order?
We require at least a twenty-four-hour notice when placing an order. Some items in our menu require more time so please read the item’s description for further info.

What is the minimum price to place an order?
The minimum price for deliveries is $75. There is no minimum for in-store pickup.
What are your delivery times?
Our regular delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please call us at 214-905-6060 before placing an after-hours or weekend order.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to most of the Dallas and Fort Worth area. Our minimum delivery fees may increase for addresses that are further out.
How is my food delivered?
We deliver your food using specialty heat-saving containers to ensure it is ready to be served family-style. By using our own staff for deliveries, we ensure efficiency and accountability.
We want to update our customers on our new individual packaging for catering in light of the current COVID-19 crisis.
For the time being, our catering meals will not be delivered buffet style.
Instead, we will deliver your meals in individually pre-packaged containers. This policy is effective until the all-clear signal is issued by local health authorities.
When will my order arrive?
We try to deliver most orders 30 minutes prior to the event starting time. Larger and more elaborate events may require longer set up.

Is in store pick up an option?
Yes, you can pick up your orders at our Dallas location. Our address is 7145 John W. Carpenter Fwy. Dallas, TX 75247.
